[THIS ESSAY IS SOLELY THE OPINIONS OF byron lebeau; the information drawn from that helps me arrive at my conclusions have been viewed as NON-CANONICAL by the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, despite the fact that many of the ideas that I will point to, are ALREADY WOVEN into the texture of our HOLY BIBLE. Be open-minded, and pray with me that I have not overstated my case, and do check out all sources mentioned, so that you may better judge the truth of the infomation presented.]
HOW DEEP THE WELL OF DIVINE MERCY??????????
This critique is not about the sweet Mary Faustina, presented on the web page: HOW a bud BLOSSOMS...a young woman who simply believed in the visions of "Jesus" and complied completely to his wishes - IMPECCABLY!!!Rather ~ this is about THE TRUTH as I understand it, the truth found both in the Old & New Testaments of the Bible...where what it does say about REINCARNATION, which unfortunately, is in complete counterdistinction from the information found in Fasutina's DIARY: DIVINE MERCY In My Soul.

FRANKLY, I was disturbed at some of the remarks of "Jesus" ~ especailly in NOTEBOOK II. (It may be a constructive exercise to review what I have already cited about 'REINCARNATION' on my web page by the same heading ~ on this very same website.) This page documents- CLEARLY - the exact opposite of the consensus conventional wisdom of HOLY MOTHER CHURCH, which is the ROMAN CATHOLIC ORTHODOX position, as conveniently reflected in DIVINE MERCY, i.e. ONE LIFETIME~JUDGMENT~HEAVEN or HELL, and slavishly and obediently adhered to by millions around the world as the gospel truth. WHAT IF IT IS NOT?!?
{{I have seen and experienced BOTH SIDES NOW, so what I am about to relate is not ARMCHAIR PHILOSOPHY, by no means!!!}}
How 'DIVINE MERCY' fits into this narrow view of ONE-LIFE-HEAVEN-HELL-scenario, flies in the face of what it states CLEARLY in both the Old & New Testaments. THIS MAKES ME VERY SUSPICIOUS: suspicious of the remarks by "Jesus" in his alleged visions to Faustina, a "Jesus" who conveniently implies the same orthodox view (Faustina's DIARY being given both 'NIHIL OBSTAT' & 'IMPRIMATUR' status, meaning that nothing in the same DIARY contradicts the doctrine or morals of this same ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.)
{{THIS WOULD BE A GREAT ENDORSEMENT IF IT WERE TRUE, BUT I WILL SHOW THAT IT CANNOT BE SO.}}
My portrait of the real Jesus is ironically derived from some of the same sources, like the 17th chapter of the Gospel of John, where he prayed as one with the Father, that all men (and women) would become one with the same ALL-LOVING Father; other holy (though non-canonical sources) include THE NAG HAMMADI LIBRARY, PISTIS SOPHIA, and THE AQUARIAN GOSPEL OF JESUS the CHRIST, all of which reflects the CANONICAL 17th chapter of the Gospel of John!!! SO WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?
All of these sources are at variance with the remarks, both stated and implied, in Faustina's DIARY, especially the remarks of "Jesus."These remarks revolve around subjects like CAPRICIOUSNESS~JELAOUSY~ANGER~ and COMPLETE DEPENDENCY! [I will cite one example of each from NOTEBOOK II, so the viewer can appreciate my concerns about the truthfulness of this very diary, which many people hold dear to their hearts, because, well because Mary Faustina was canonized a saint, so the material must be holy and must be truthful in every way, mustn't it?]
CAPRICIOUSNESS: I was actually very upset when I read DIARY ENTRY #873 in NOTEBOOK II. [It goes as follows]:
"Jesus,I beg You, by the inconceivable power of Your mercy, that all the souls who will die today escape the fire of hell, even if they have been the greatest sinners. Today is Friday, the memorial of Your bitter agony on the Cross; because Your mercy is inconceivable, the Angels will not be surprised at this." Jesus pressed me to His heart and said, MY BELOVED DAUGHTER, YOU HAVE COME TO KNOW WELL THE DEPTHS OF MY MERCY. I WILL DO WHAT YOU ASK, BUT UNITE YOURSELF CONTINUALLY WITH MY AGONIZING HEART AND MAKE REPARATION FOR MY JUSTICE. KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ASKED ME FOR A GREAT THING, BUT I SEE THAT THIS WAS DICTATED BY YOUR PURE LOVE FOR ME; THAT IS WHY I AM COMPLYING WITH YOUR REQUESTS.
To my understanding of both mercy & justice, this borders on the ABSURD! If, according to the sick theology of the ROMAN CAHTOLIC CHURCH, Fasutina had not existed, or was preoccupied that particular day, countless souls would have had no chance for escape from those same FIRES OF HELL!?! And now that they did escape those same fires...where do they now go? HEAVEN?!? A HOLDING AREA FOR FUTURE CATASTROPHE?
This reminds me analogously of the scene in GENESIS 19: Abraham is bargaining with [God] of the Old Testament to spare the city of Sodom if there could be found 50 just men, so that the wicked did not perish with the just. (Divinity within the confines of just a man, similar to the aspirations of Faustina, by the way;) well, any student of the Bible knows that Abraham "negotiated" the number all the way down to 10[!]~~which I always found astounding as man deals with his [God]...but anyway, Abraham was successful in staving off the destruction, temporarily, until [God] put his "just" foot down! LOOK IT UP!
[This makes me wonder even more about the "Jesus" of Fasutina's DIARY, as reflecting the mindset of a son of the God, Jehovah, the jealous God of the Old Testamnet, in counterdistinction, by the way, to the ETERNAL UNBEGOTTEN, the all-loving transmundane God of the gnostics, and the Real God of the real Jesus, who called this God ~ABBA, the God who was not jealous. Of course, a proper understanding of REINCARNATION addresses this absurdity in DIARY ENTRY #873. From lifetime to lifetime we are given the MANY chances to learn how to become MORE kind (perhaps,) and it may very well be these 'LONG-FORGOTTEN' KINDNESSES ~~ that may allow the GRACES OF MERCY to unfold, which finds its way to you when you are so so bereft!!?!! AT THE SAME TIME, each lifetime brings the necessary judgments of justice ~~~ BUT ~~~one thing is very clear, as per the very words of the real Jesus:
YOU WILL NOT COME OUT OF IT UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE LAST PENNY!
(cf. web page: REINCARNATION for reference thereof.) AND PLEASE NOTE that even "wicked spirits" will eventually find their way back to the real Father, after a long and hard journey, that they had made more difficult for themselves; consult the 83rd chapter of THE AQUARIAN GOSPEL OF JESUS the CHRIST for the surprising details.
As far as going to HEAVEN (a state of being, by the way,) and mixing with the 'blessed,' the real Jesus said the following:
BE PERFECT AS YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS PERFECT.
In both the Gospel of Thomas as well as the Gosple of Philip, becoming perfect is a prerequiste for ascension into the 8th...where in the Exegesis on the Soul, we must be WASHED CLEAN to enter therein....
CONSIDER THIS: Would you put a rotten apple in a barrel with all the other good apples??? Once you find the Kingdom...WITHIN, then you will find it necessary to sell all that you have to buy THE PEARL OF GREAT PRICE! This journey is a lonely-hard-road that must be undergone by SELF ALONE! The help ONLY COMES after your most sincere efforts have been fully manifested within you; YET the help will come since the Father-God of ALL, sees and knows all, and will not leave his child bereft! SOONER OR LATER, ALL MEN WILL UNDERSTAND THIS CONCEPT and THEY WILL ALL THIRST FOR THE FATHER with their free will, just the way the Father-God had planned it all along! [SEE?]
GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED WITH INSINCERITY...SO MUCH FOR CAPRICIOUSNESS.
ANGER : This emotion is negative and has no place in the ALL~LOVING FATHER, who, after all, needs nothing or no one to exist...He is named by no one...He is bounded by nothing but He is not Himself unbounded...so why, oh why, would He ever be jealous of anything, and therefore, angry about anything? (cf. the Gospel of Truth, for reference.) ANGER is indicative of one who is not complete!
In DIARY ENTRY #927, Faustina was given to feel the object of the anger of the Most High [?] She was brought to a state of "interior desolation." In ENTRY #928, things got so bad that "Jesus" himself had to come and console the poor sweet "creature" as she herself charcacterized human beings.
[My question is simple: Why should such a good soul (spirit) be subjected to such psychological unrest? Is it that she is constantly being bombarded with "visions" of wretched souls already in hell, damned for all time, and suffering in many many ways??? This would upset anyone! The bigger question is: ARE THESE VISIONS real OR A PART OF FALSE REALITY being perpetrated on such a good and impressionable soul? From the information in this DIARY~which is contrary to the words and spirit of the holy sections of the HOLY BIBLE, it appears like this may very well be the situation. Something certainly is either out of context or out of place, or something or someone may be manipulating something or someone for purposes that are not entirely clear. ALL WE CAN SEE IS THE FRUIT!
A view of Faustina's psychological state can be witnessed by quoting ENTRY #944:
"There are moments when I mistrust myself, when I feel my own weakness and wretchedness in the most profound depths of my own being, and I have noticed that I can endure such moments only by trusting in the infinite mercy (291) of God. Patience, prayer and silence--these are what give strength to the soul. There are moments when one should be silent, and when it would be inappropriate to talk with creatures; these are the moments when one is dissatisfied with oneself, and when the soul feels as weak as a little child. Then the soul clings to God with all its might. At such times, I live solely by faith, and when I feel strengthened by God's grace, then I am more courageous in speaking and communicating with my neighbors."
I personally wonder just how healthy it may be to shut oneself off so~so much from "creatures" since she, Faustina, is one of those same "creatures" who was made in the SAME image of God (all, of whom, carry the same DIVINE SPARK?!?)WE ARE ALL HERE to help one another up the wretched rungs of the ONE LADDER that leads us back to the Father-God. Shutting oneself up like this, I believe, is not helpful for either one's mental or spiritual welfare, or done at a very heavy cost.
INFINITE MERCY: [THE CRUX OF THE MATTER]
Allow me to quote part of DIARY ENTRY #908 from NOTEBOOK II:
"O Jesus, how sorry I feel for poor sinners. Jesus, grant them contrition & repentance. Remember Your own sorrowful Passion. I know Your infinite mercy and cannot bear it that a soul that has cost You so much should perish...I trust in You, for You are Goodness itself. Souls, do not be afraid of God, but trust in Him, for He is good, and His mercy is everlasting."
On the one hand, Fauustina is praising the Lord's mercy which is "everlasting," and then she feels bad about souls who perish [?] [[THE LOGICAL QUESTION IS: IF GOD'S MERCY IS EVERLASTING, AT WHAT POINT SHOULD A SOUL PERISH???]] Is this just a PLATITUDE to be sung at hymns, without any real philosophical meaning behind it???
FRANKLY, if the Lord's mercy is REALLY everlasting, then why do we have need of a HELL to begin with; was not this "place" made for the devil and selected angels who rebelled against the very Godhead? Why do churches always seem to be wanting to get rid of people, and at times, burning them to death for their "own good?"
I believe that the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, et al, have developed this construct in order to keep people in abject terror & fear ~ which ~ as one can see in the ingredients of the Kingdom of Man, the very tool to control the minds & hearts of people, and make them docile and extremely compliant to the wishes and desires of their controllers (THE HIERARCHY!) This is, in fact, the way the world works, whether it be RELIGION or POLITICS ~~~ a YOKE which only can be broken (like FATE,) with real UNCONDITIONAL love for one and all...FORGIVENESS for one & all! It is the REAL MERCY that never stops being loving-merciful or forgiving. [HELL, THEN, must be a state we place ourselves in in order to readjust our thinking, to awaken from the ignorance of sin to the liberation of the loving spirit; this is called: LIFE REVIEWsssss!!! PARTICULAR JUDGMENT! Some call it PURGATORY!!! ALL HAVE ONE PURPOSE: TO LEARN HOW TO LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY....PERIOD!]
OBVIOUSLY, some people need more focus, so therefore have more painful experiences between lives, much of which revolves around the pain we caused others, with the intention of learning to be more sensitive for a future life, and taking the means to secure that goal.
This is how I envision the plan of the Father-God when I hear the expression: WORKING OUT OUR SALVATION! This is a God of ENDLESS LOVE, and so is His son's love;
This is a God of ENDLESS MERCY, and so is the mercy of the son;
His justice is the corridor to that love [KARMA,] and His son is the doorkeeper, who stands by the eleventh gate at the very end of the karmic sojourn, to escort the newly blossomed spirit BACK TO the home of the Father-God.
We have total responsibility in the search for that door; once the door is found, we will be cojoined~ one with the Father, as the Son is one with the Father...And our love will now be boundless, and our mercy for others will be endless, and we will now be fitting instruments in the expansion of the Kingdom of God!!!
This is our MANDATE ~ for each & all ~ when we finally wake up from our current collective ignorance.
One reason why the Father-God does not wish us to perish is simply because -in His infinite wisdom~He realizes that we are simply good people doing bad things, and doing them as immature buds, who are still in ignorance of THE TRUTH! So when He sent His son, His son asked the Father to forgive those who were slaying him: FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
When you use your divine intuition which is in each and every one of us, you will see the truth of this. Then you may be less inclined to rid the world of its ignorant people. REMEMBER, ONCE ALL OF US WERE TOTALLY IGNORANT TOO.
Do not fear God, but simply love God, so that you may be able to love all His "creatures" (our fellow man.) This is the REAL DIVINE MERCY~~~the message of which was sadly misconstrued in Faustina's DIARY, me thinks.
PARTING THOUGHT: If we become slaves to LOVE, we become PILLARS:
"He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and never more shall he go outside." (Rev. 3:12) In other words, you will not be cast down into yet another body because your bud has finally really BLOSSOMED...and if you do go out agian, it will be on your own terms to spread the beautiful message of LOVE in the expanding Kingdom of God. AMEN.~+_+~
